PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND US AND HOW WE OPERATE.

• Please make sure you allow travel time as all our appointments are timed with no gaps. We do not want to cancel the appointment and take your funds We are strict on lateness, we operate on timed service to give you the best experience possible. Our appointments are designed to have a min or so leeway Max, Appointments such as Facials or Lash extensions you just get less time for your service.
• The quickest way to speak to us is by SMS it is 0492998511 we don't reply instantly sometimes can be a while that's why we have FAQ's on the website link is below.
• Please do not park in the driveway this is used continuously throughout the day.
• If parking on the side please make room for two cars don't park in middle please if possible.
• We operate with no receptionist so you will need to come on time. if you come early please wait on the seating chair by the door or in your car until 1 minute before your appointment.
• Please do not book unless you are sure. Ask us anything first don't rush to book then come to your appointment and be disappointed if we cannot do something and not refund you an example.
• If you are booking on the day or less than 24 hours there are no refunds once booked please choose correctly.
• If you are booking for someone else make sure they have the terms forwarded otherwise we can't be held liable for their dissapointment.
• In the confirmation email after booking the terms link is there. When you visit that link you can also see how to prepare for each service before you arrive if you are not sure what to do. We even show you the terms to agree before you pay and you can also see how to prepare per service before you arrive there too.

We have tried to describe our services as best we can to make it an easy booking experience. Please do not book if you have questions, if you have any questions you need to view the FAQ as all answers are there. If not there then SMS us. We only reply if the answer is not in the FAQ.
